Active Bodies Active Minds, Presented by Symetra, educates children, parents, and teachers about the importance of physical and mental fitness. Active Bodies Active Minds is a soccer-centered community outreach initiative that partners the Sounders FC with local elementary schools to provide a fitness and reading program to excite, encourage, and generate interest in both physical and academic activity. Better academic performance and increased playtime year-round is what Active Bodies Active Minds is all about.
